Stir Fry Pechay (or Snow Cabbage) with Tofu
Sauted Pechay (or Snow Cabbage) in lean ground pork mixed with fried tofu!
- 1/2 kilo lean ground pork
- 3 bundles of pechay (or snow cabbage), chopped
- 1 cup tomato, sliced lengthwise
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups fried tofu, cut into cubes
Saute in garlic, tomato, and onion in oil, until cooked. Add in lean ground pork and simmer for 1-5 minutes or until cooked. Add in dash of salt and pepper, and fish sauce, simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Add in pechay (or snow cabbage), then simmer for 1-3 minutes. Mix in fried tofu then serve hot!
