Mixed Garden Vegetables with Baked Pork Belly

Ingredients
- 1 cup ampalaya
- 1 cup talong
- 1 cup okra
- 1 cup sitaw
- 2 cups kalabasa
- 2 cups talbos ng kamote
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup pork liempo
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
Add in oil in a pan, saute garlic, onion, tomatoes. Add in pork liempo, simmer for 3 mins or until golden brown.
Add in water, then season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, fish sauce according to taste, simmer for 5-10 mins.
Add in kalabasa, simmer for 3 mins.
Add in ampalaya, simmer for 3 mins.
Add in okra, talong, and sitaw, simmer for 3 mins.
Make sure flavors blend together.
Add in talbos ng kamote, simmer for 1 min.
Serve hot!
