Stir Fry Mung Bean Sprouts
Tasty mung bean sprouts sauted in pork for more added flavor!
Ingredients
- 2 cups fried tofu, chopped into cubes
- 1/2 kilo toge (or mung bean sprouts)
- 1/4 kilo pork, sliced into strips
- 1 cup carrots, julienne
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 table spoon cooking oil
Procedure
In a pan, Saute onions and garlic, and pork in oil until golden brown/cooked.
Saute in carrots then simmer for 1-2 minutes. Saute in toge, then simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
Add in fish sauce, salt and pepper according to taste. Then simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
Saute in fried tofu then serve hot!
