Beef Shank Soup

Today we excused ourselves from exerting too much effort preparing our meal.
Ingredients
- 1 kilo beef shank, cross cut, preferably bone marrow intact
- 2 sweet corn cobs
- 4 saging na saba (plantain)
- 2 bundles pechay or bokchoy
- 1-2 bundle green beans
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 liter water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
Place all ingredients in an Instant Pot or any pressure cooker, except pechay and green beans. Cook for 30 minutes. Onece done, add the pechay and green beans and cook for additional 1-2 minutes. Season to taste or adjust water level.
Serve hot!
