Milk Fish Simmered in Vinegar, Garlic, and Salt
Third piece of our #petsadepeligroseries featuring the classic Paksiw na Bangus! π(Milkfish simmered in vinegar, garlic, and salt)
August na, malapit na ang “-ber” months. Handa ka na ba mag Pasko? Mag Paksiw ka na lang muna kung hindi pa. 5 ingredients lang at 30 minutes prep at cook time, solb ka na! Baka 5 minutes pa lang ubos na.

Ingredients
- 1 whole Bangus (Milk Fish), paksiw cut
- 1/2 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
- Water
- 2 tbsp of salt
- Siling Pang Sinigang
- Oil
- 6 cloves of garlic, crushed
Procedure
In a deep stainless steel or aluminum pan, put the Bangus, garlic, apple cider vinegar, water (enough to blend the taste with vinegar and salt), salt. Simmer uncovered for 5-10 minutes in medium heat.
Add oil. Simmer uncovered in medium heat for 10 more minutes or until you reach the desired consistency of the soup.
Add siling pang sinigang and simmer for another 5 mins
Serve!
